Investigate each applicant’s background and decide whether to let them move in. Fill your building with good tenants and create the best apartment possible. ■ How to Play Check each applicant’s criteria and determine whether they are good or bad. More “Yes” → Higher chance they are a good person More “No” → Possible criminal or monster If you accidentally let in a dangerous tenant, trouble may occur in your apartment. ■ Apartment Reviews Let good tenants move in to increase your apartment’s rating. The higher the rating, the more rent income you earn. ■ Monster Attacks Occasionally, monsters may invade your apartment. When that happens, fight them off with a gun.
